My recent stay at Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The rooms were incredibly spacious, beautifully designed and clean. The location is another highlight of this hotel. Situated in the heart of Brussels, it made exploring the city a breeze. We were surrounded by charming shops, fantastic restaurants, and vibrant streets, all within walking distance. We even came back after a few days and booked the same room type. We requested an early check-in due to our train arrival timing, and they kindly accommodated our request. Not only did they have our room ready, but they also upgraded us to a room with a sauna! This thoughtful gesture truly made our stay even more special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always ready to assist with a smile and helpful suggestions. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. We loved the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It's also super safe, with extra security features like safety locks and an elevator system that only allows hotel guests to access rooms. This added sense of security made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip! And you should too!

We had a great, comfortable stay. At the arrival we were upgraded to a bit better room which was very spacious. We didn't have an amazing view (on the inner courtyard?) but the windows were big, giving lots of light in so we didn't mind. It was also very quiet throughout our 3 day stay. Room was clean and had everything we needed for few days. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Staff is extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. I've also tried the gym and it's small but if you want a quick workout it is sufficient. Good connection with the city center - you can either walk (around 20 mins) or take a metro (metro station 5 mins walk from the hotel). Area of the hotel feels safe, maybe except for the tunnel under the round (if you want to reach the other side) - there were two homeless (but hurtless) men. We also came back one night after 11 pm and it also felt super safe to walk back from the metro station.

Underground parking with plenty spaces on 4 levels with ample room to manoeuvre large cars with lots of lighting that remaining on unlike many places where the lights are on a timer. Room was very large with a separate toilet, great for families. Sauna in room was a great touch, amazing. Large TV with plenty channels in many different languages. Lots of towels provided, dressing gowns, ironing board with iron and spare duvet. Bed was very comfortable with plenty pillows. Room was 99% clean. Hotel located near designer district and great eateries such as Paul

Nice hotel, close to all major brands stores. Big room, with a twin bed and a sofa bed, a big table, a coffee expressor, a water heater and a refrigerator. They provided 3 coffee's per day, tea, and spring water. As a plus, the room came with a ironing machine and table. The guy from the reception was very nice, as he offered us, a free parking ticket on their 4 level parking for all our stay, due to the fact that they somehow messed up my reservation.

Clean. Fridge in the room and bottles of water were provided every day! The tea and coffee amenity in the room was much appreciated. Very good location, next to the tram station.
