The breakfast was fantastic, with home-made granola, smoothies, marmelade, bread and pastries. Clean and quiet in the breakfast area. The family room was spacious, with separate toilet and bathroom. Clean. Fridge in the room and bottles of water were provided every day! The tea and coffee amenity in the room was much appreciated. Very good location, next to the tram station.

My recent stay at Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The rooms were incredibly spacious, beautifully designed and clean. The location is another highlight of this hotel. Situated in the heart of Brussels, it made exploring the city a breeze. We were surrounded by charming shops, fantastic restaurants, and vibrant streets, all within walking distance. We even came back after a few days and booked the same room type. We requested an early check-in due to our train arrival timing, and they kindly accommodated our request. Not only did they have our room ready, but they also upgraded us to a room with a sauna! This thoughtful gesture truly made our stay even more special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always ready to assist with a smile and helpful suggestions. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. We loved the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It's also super safe, with extra security features like safety locks and an elevator system that only allows hotel guests to access rooms. This added sense of security made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip! And you should too!

The apartment was big and cozy, it was clean. It has convenient location with 20-30 minutes walking distance to the old city center (Main square for example). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great and very spacious room. Comfy bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast buffet. There is Nespresso machine in your room and you can make a Nespresso coffee also in the breakfast area. Liked their approach to allowing choosing if you want your room to be cleaned and made up or not.

Fantastic hotel. Excellent friendly knowledgeable staff, great facilities from gym and sauna to dining area. Underground parking with plenty spaces on 4 levels with ample room to manoeuvre large cars with lots of lighting that remaining on unlike many places where the lights are on a timer. Room was very large with a separate toilet, great for families. Sauna in room was a great touch, amazing. Large TV with plenty channels in many different languages. Lots of towels provided, dressing gowns, ironing board with iron and spare duvet. Bed was very comfortable with plenty pillows. Room was 99% clean.
